Bellvue Terrace, Bristol

Bellevue Terrace in Bristol consists of a number of new homes that were built in the desirable Totterdown area of the city. The Alumasc Ventilated System was specified on these new build timber construction houses, ensuring a quick and efficient build.  Designed to replicate existing listed buildings in the same area, Alumasc worked closely with Elson Homes who were the developer and Alumasc-trained AVS installer of the system to ensure that this was achieved. Panmure Street, Glasgow

The Panmure Street development in Glasgow demonstrates the benefits and versatility of using the Alumasc Ventilated System. The key driver for the specification of AVS was its ability to replicate traditional construction design whilst being adaptable for the closed panel production line. Alumasc Registered Contractor CCG, who has recently invested over £12m in a state-of-the-art factory, was the off-site manufacturer (OSM) and main contractor on the scheme. On this scheme a closed panel, fully off-site manufactured solution was delivered, with only a small element of external on-site fabric work required. Alumasc’s lightweight acrylic brick slips were used as the final finish, and are able to replicate any brick in the marketplace…

Carnwadric, Glasgow

A successful project at Kiloran Street in the Carnwadric district of Glasgow has recently been completed using the Alumasc Ventilated System. This residential new build project completed for Glasgow Housing Association encompassed 2000 square metres of closed panel timber frame construction. Alumasc worked in close partnership with Alumasc AVS applicator CCG on the scheme who installed the final finish dashing render. Both CCG and Alumasc were involved at the early design stage of the project, which resulted in a quick and efficient installation. More information coming very soon!
